1. Data Approach

HexField processes only the technical metadata necessary for operations. We chose this deliberately because surveillance isn't a business model we're interested in.

2. What We See

Browser type, device class, navigation patterns, session length. Registration doesn't exist here, so identifiable information isn't part of the equation.

3. How It's Used

Debugging, feature analytics, infrastructure planning. Nothing creative with your data, nothing profitable.

4. Local Data

Game preferences stored client-side via browser APIs. Never synced to servers. Your browser controls its lifecycle.

5. Subprocessors

Infrastructure vendors handle hosting and routing under binding agreements. They touch data only to move packets.

6. Expiry

Server logs age out within 180 days. On-demand deletion requests are fulfilled within days.

7. Transparency

Ask what we have, request changes, or instruct us to delete. We comply without delay.

8. Revisions

Policy updates carry fresh timestamps. Material changes are highlighted for existing visitors.
